Lights of Liberty Outdoor Nighttime Show

Historic Philadelphia is planning for an all-new digital outdoor show where visitors will experience the story of our nation’s birth told as never before. The New Lights of Liberty Show will combine the majestic architectural treasures of Independence National Historical Park with cutting-edge technology for a breathtaking nighttime walk through our nation’s past. The Lights of Liberty Outdoor Nighttime Show will not be available in 2012.

Liberty 360 Show in the PECO Theater

Why is the Liberty Bell important to us?  What makes America special?  Find out in Lights of Liberty's newest multimedia production that takes you on a journey through the symbols of freedom.  Benjamin Franklin hosts an inspirational 3-D show unlike anything that has ever been seen before. The 15-minute experience surrounds the audience in the 360-degree state-of-the-art PECO Theater.

  • Shows start every 20 minutes from 10am until 6pm
• June 25 through August 11
  • Shows start every 20 minutes from 10am until 8pm Monday through Saturday and from 10am until 6pm on Sundays
• August 12 through August 31
  • Shows start every 20 minutes from 10am until 6pm Friday through Wednesday and from 10am until 8pm on Thursdays
